Description
Nijika Ijichi, the cheerful drummer and pragmatic leader of Kessoku Band, balances her high school life with a steadfast dedication to music. Born May 29 under Gemini with blood type A, she stands 154 cm tall and weighs 48 kg. Orphaned young—her mother lost to an accident and her father absent—she grew up under the care of her older sister Seika, manager of the live house Starry. Nijika’s resolve to elevate Starry’s legacy stems from Seika’s own band history, forging a deep bond with the venue.

Co-founding Kessoku Band with close friend Ryō Yamada, she later recruited introverted guitarist Hitori Gotō, recognizing her talent despite Hitori’s social anxiety. Nijika’s hands-on leadership spans logistics, accounting, and creative tasks like designing the band’s logo and CD artwork, all while securing early college admission and assisting at Starry.

Beneath her resilient exterior lies sentimentality; she uplifts bandmates with praise over criticism, though stress occasionally unveils vulnerability, like tearful yearnings to reconnect with Seika. Her dynamic with Ryō features playful pro-wrestling antics, underscoring her affectionate camaraderie.

Once a fan of the enigmatic “guitarhero,” Nijika discreetly identified Hitori as the online virtuoso, withholding the secret until its public revelation—a testament to her strategic foresight and respect for privacy. Her blend of optimism and realism anchors the band, gently guiding Hitori’s social growth.

Juggling Starry’s operations, academics, and musical ambitions, Nijika’s independence, shaped by early familial loss, fuels a nurturing yet determined spirit, harmonizing personal dreams with loyalty to her band and sister.
