Caroline Combes is a French voice actress who has become a prominent figure in the dubbing of Japanese anime into French. Born on May 4, 1972, in France, she built a strong foundation in performance arts through extensive training, including earning a DEA in theater studies from the University of Paris VIII, studying with instructors from the Actors Studio, and spending eight months at the Academy of Arts in Minsk. Beyond her voice work, she is also a singer for the pop-rock group Arom and has performed in various stage productions.

Her voice is widely recognized across numerous popular anime series. She has lent her talents to a multitude of characters, often voicing multiple roles within the same franchise. Notably, in the long-running series Fairy Tail, she voiced the characters Lisanna Strauss, Dimaria, and Frosh. In the My Hero Academia franchise, her repertoire is particularly extensive, encompassing Mina Ashido, Himiko Toga, Bubble Girl, and Ibara Shiozaki. She is also the French voice of Tatsumaki in One Punch Man, Haumea in Fire Force, and Gilda in The Promised Neverland.

Combes has been involved in several major franchises with long-running narratives.
