Hisame, Hayase's granddaughter and first reincarnation, inherited her grandmother's iron will and consuming obsession with the immortal Fushi. Born after Hayase's death, she carried the Nokker that had merged with her grandmother—a parasitic entity residing in her left arm, sustained by her blood and responsive to her commands.
At nine years old, Hisame commanded the Guardian Force, an organization shielding Fushi from external dangers and humanity from his supernatural essence. Her uniform mirrored a miniature leader's attire: decorated robes bearing the group's emblem and armored pauldrons. Dark eyes and black hair, typically pinned in a bow-secured bun, defined her appearance.
Dutiful and earnest, Hisame dedicated herself to the Guardian Force's mission. She frequently invoked Hayase's biography, sharing her grandmother's possessive desire for Fushi—framed as protection, not obsession. Though capable of kindness toward Fushi, she deployed methods like poison when necessary. She fiercely guarded the Nokker in her arm, viewing it as a sacred bond to Fushi.
Hisame encountered Fushi after his decades-long seclusion. During this meeting, she clashed with Tonari, Fushi’s adult acquaintance, before fleeing the confrontation. At seventeen, she gave birth to her daughter Oumi. Hisame died six months prior to Oumi’s first encounter with Fushi, securing Hayase's bloodline.
As Hayase's initial reincarnation, Hisame founded the lineage of successors inheriting Hayase's spirit and obsessions. This chain—extending through Ushio, Chisui, Kahaku, and Mizuha—sustained the Guardian Force's mission across centuries.
