Bianca Alencar is a Brazilian actress, voice actress, and singer known for her extensive work dubbing anime and animated series into Brazilian Portuguese. Born Bianca Silva Alencar on October 1, 1994, in São Paulo, Brazil, she began her entertainment career at a very young age, first appearing on television at four and later becoming a child actress on Brazilian children's programs. Her early career also included work in musical theater, performing in live Barney & Friends shows in Brazil starting at age eleven.

Alencar made her voice acting debut in 2006 as the titular character in the animated series Pinky Dinky Doo. Since then, she has become one of the most prominent Brazilian voice actors of her generation, lending her voice to a vast array of characters across anime, Western animation, and live-action dubs.

Her work in anime is particularly prolific. She voices Yue in Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest, a role she has played across multiple seasons of the series. She is also the voice of Saria in The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made and Lishia Yvired in The Rising of The Shield Hero Season 2. In the film Lupin III THE FIRST, she voiced the character Laetitia. Her film work also includes the role of Mary in Mary and The Witch's Flower and the titular character in the Brazilian Portuguese dub of Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. For the My Hero Academia franchise, she voiced Ochaco Uraraka in the film My Hero Academia the Movie -Heroes: Rising-. Other notable anime roles include Trish Una in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, Uta in One Piece Film Red, and Chika Amabe in Suzume.

Beyond anime, Alencar is widely recognized for her voice work in Western animation, where she has dubbed iconic characters such as Mabel Pines in Gravity Falls, Twilight Sparkle in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and Marcy Wu in Amphibia.

In addition to her voice acting, Alencar is a singer and social media influencer with a popular YouTube channel where she discusses her career and collaborates with other voice actors. Her musical talents have also intersected with her voice work; for instance, she performed insert songs for the Brazilian Portuguese versions of ODDTAXI and as the character Uta in One Piece Film Red.
