Hyouma Yoshimura, often called Jaguar by his colleagues, is a man in his late thirties who serves as a key member of the Superhuman Bureau. He is a highly experienced operative who plays a supportive role within the organization and is looked up to by the younger main characters. A man of few words, Yoshimura has a handsome appearance but can be very cynical in his observations.
