TV-Series
Description
Yuzuki Shijō, known as Yuzu, serves as a Guardian of the Common—an ethereal dimension shaped by collective human emotions. Alongside her twin sister, Lime, she masquerades as a student at Hoshinomiya Girls’ High School, their presence erased from official records due to their true origins: both perished in a tragic accident prior to the story’s events, only to be revived temporarily by the Common. Tasked with recruiting Reflectors, individuals who combat threats like the Sephirot and preserve emotional equilibrium, the twins enlist Shirai Hinako under the guise of granting her a wish to heal her injured leg—a ruse born from their admiration for Hinako’s ballet performances, which they secretly watched during their own hospitalization. After aiding Hinako in defeating the deity Daath, they depart for the afterlife, their legacy preserved through Hinako’s retained memories.

In *Blue Reflection Ray*, Yuzu and Lime reemerge as spectral guides, advising new Reflectors such as Hiori Hirahara against Mizusaki Shino’s crusade to eradicate human emotion. They bridge the Common and the physical world as intangible intermediaries, often symbolized by butterflies and dragonflies.

*Blue Reflection Tie/Second Light* sees them crafting Oasis, a sanctuary shielding Reflectors during the Ash Phenomenon crisis. Sustaining this haven drains Yuzu of her emotions, while Lime falls comatose after expending her powers. Their restoration relies on Hoshizaki Ao and fellow Reflectors, who confront the World System to reset timelines and halt the Ash crisis.

Yuzu’s demeanor contrasts sharply with Lime’s reserve; she radiates warmth and levity, weaving humor and nicknames into interactions. Her Reflector form mirrors her affinity for ballet, clad in a nimble, dance-inspired ensemble wielding a scepter that splits into dual blades, emphasizing swift support in battle. Beneath her playful exterior lies unwavering commitment to her guardianship and compassion for those she aids.

Their narrative threads through *Blue Reflection Sun* remain undisclosed, yet their arc persistently explores sacrifice, ephemeral existence, and the enduring resonance of bonds transcending mortality.
