Kurumi Kasuga is the younger twin sister of Kyosuke Kasuga and the fraternal twin of Manami Kasuga. She belongs to a family of espers whose paranormal abilities, known simply as "The Power," have forced them to relocate many times to avoid discovery. Kurumi herself is a student at the same junior high school as her siblings, where she shares a classroom with Hikaru Hiyama and Yusaku Hino.
