Debora Magnaghi is an Italian voice actress and television presenter, born in Milan on 17 June 1970. She is primarily known for her extensive work dubbing animated series and films into Italian.

Magnaghi began her career in the 1980s, making her voice acting debut as the titular character in the anime Little Memole. Her face became well-known to the Italian public in the late 1980s and throughout the 1990s as a presenter on popular children's television programs such as Ciao Ciao and Bim Bum Bam on Mediaset networks. She also appeared as an actress in the live-action series Love Me Licia.

Over her decades-long career, Magnaghi has lent her voice to a vast number of characters in anime. She is particularly recognized for her work in long-running and globally popular franchises. Notably, she voices Ran Mouri in the Italian dubs of Detective Conan (also known as Case Closed) and its related films and series. She is also the Italian voice of Android 18 across the Dragon Ball franchise, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Super, as well as providing the first voice for the character Vados in Dragon Ball Super. Another signature role is Ami Mizuno / Sailor Mercury in the entire Sailor Moon series.

Her portfolio includes a wide range of other prominent roles. She voices Tamayo in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the Sword Maiden in Goblin Slayer and Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown, Macrophage in Cells at Work!!, and the Dottoressa in Akudama Drive. In My Hero Academia, she voices multiple characters, including Momo Yaoyorozu, Inko Midoriya, and Reiko Yanagi. She also voices Nero Claudius in Fate/Extra Last Encore and Ray and Lena Tally in the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? series.

Beyond anime, Magnaghi's work extends to western animation and video games. She is the voice of Roxy in the Italian production Winx Club from its fourth season onward and has voiced characters such as Batgirl in various Batman animated series, Pharah in the video game Overwatch, and Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 3 (2020). Her film work includes voicing Ducky in several The Land Before Time sequels.

Throughout her career, Magnaghi has worked consistently within the Italian dubbing industry, providing voices for characters across all media.
