Gōichirō Tsukiwa is a main character in B-Daman Crossfire, known in English-language versions as Grizz Sukino. He is an eleven year old boy with dark skin, short spiky purple hair, and purple eyes, complemented by long black eyebrows. His attire typically consists of a white t-shirt with a purple stripe worn under an orange-brown button-up top featuring flower designs, purple stripes, and a purple pocket protector. He pairs this with bright blue shorts bearing yellow stripes and brown sandals equipped with a toe guard.

Within the story, Tsukiwa is first seen welcoming the protagonist Riki at a secret training facility alongside several other members. He demonstrates his competitive nature and skill early on by being the first to challenge a testing machine, where he successfully dominates the first stage using his signature technique, the Super-Shot known as "Howling Impact". However, he fails to succeed when tested on a second stage later on. Following this, he is among those who laugh at Riki's poor performance on the second stage, revealing a teasing or somewhat arrogant side to his personality.

Tsukiwa returns for the second Cross Fight Stage, where he ultimately loses his ranking to both Riki and another character named Kaito. During Kaito's challenge, Tsukiwa is seen ridiculing him, particularly due to Kaito's lateness, further illustrating his tendency to taunt his rivals. Despite this behavior, he shows a capacity for sportsmanship and growth, as he later cheers for Riki when the protagonist achieves a first-place performance. His notable abilities include his powerful Howling Impact technique, which he uses in battle.
