TV-Series
Description
Kaibara-san is a supporting character recognized as the producer for the anime series Buddha Fighter Bodhisattvon. He is an adult male with short black hair and wears eyeglasses that fully cover his eyes, giving him a distinctive and somewhat inscrutable appearance.

His primary role in the story is as a producer who identifies and nurtures new talent. He specifically sees potential in the three rookie voice actresses Futaba Ichinose, Ichigo Moesaki, and Rin Kohana, and becomes willing to support them in pursuing their dreams. It is Kaibara-san who approaches the three after they cross paths at a recording studio, proposing that they form a unit and appear together on a web radio show. This initiative is a key turning point that leads to the creation of their group, Earphones.

In his professional capacity, Kaibara-san takes on the responsibilities of a manager and event organizer for the unit. He is directly involved in the logistics of their public appearances, such as booking a 500-seat venue for their first solo concert. He also serves as the host or master of ceremonies at their events, guiding the proceedings, introducing the members to the audience, and posing questions to them during stage talks and promotional activities.

His personality is depicted as driven and professional, though his managerial decisions are sometimes questionable. For instance, he schedules a major concert for the inexperienced group before they have enough original songs to fill the setlist and does not conduct sufficient advance promotion for the event, causing significant concern for the three girls. Despite these lapses in planning, he is not portrayed as malicious. When Ichigo injures her foot before a major concert and the situation is finally revealed to him, his reaction is one of genuine distress and concern for the performer, indicating that he cares about their well-being. His relationship with the three main characters is therefore a mix of professional oversight, mentorship, and at times, a source of frustration due to his organizational oversights. He does not possess notable voice acting or performance abilities himself, as his role is firmly on the production and management side of the entertainment industry.
