Description
Neneko is a young girl who first appears as a mysterious figure wandering the neighborhood in search of mysteries to solve. She is easily recognized by her medium-length orange hair, purple eyes, and distinctive yellow cap that may conceal actual cat ears. Her speech is marked by recurring phrases such as "Really, it is!" and "Y'know!" and she adopts an overly familiar tone with the protagonist, Tomokazu Mikuri, calling him "Darling" and referring to herself as "Darling's wife." This declaration stems from a comedic misunderstanding early in their acquaintance, after which she insists on their romantic destiny.
Neneko's personality is energetic, cat-obsessed, and playful. She carries a kitten named Koneko with her nearly everywhere. Despite her young appearance, she styles herself a junior detective and approaches everyday situations as puzzles to be solved. Her motivations are centered on her affection for Tomokazu and her desire to help him, as well as her natural curiosity and sense of adventure. Within the story, she becomes one of the group of girls who enter the dream world of Moera to battle the alien Feydooms. In combat she wears an orange fighting suit with a green gem and wields an enormous mallet weighing 765 kilograms. Her signature attack is named "Super Extreme Tornado Attack. So There."
