Description
Kazuma is the main protagonist of the anime s-CRY-ed and a resident of the post-quake wasteland known as the Lost Ground. He is a Native Alter User, a young man who possesses the supernatural ability to materialize a personal weapon or armor known as an Alter. At the start of the story, he is approximately sixteen years old, stands 178 centimeters tall, and lives with a young girl named Kanami Yuta.
Personality-wise, Kazuma is defined by a fiercely independent and rebellious nature. He despises any form of authority or control, particularly that of the mainland organization HOLY, which seeks to govern and police Alter users. While he initially presents himself as a carefree mercenary who will take on any job for the right price, this is a superficial front. In truth, he possesses a powerful sense of justice and an unbreakable will. He is hot-blooded and prone to acting on impulse, but this is not due to a lack of thought; rather, he processes situations quickly and charges ahead with decisive action. As he evolves, Shell Bullet achieves a second form, Shell Bullet Ultimate, where his entire arm is replaced by thicker, more powerful armor. This form replaces the fins with a propeller that grants flight and a duct on his fist that allows him to absorb ambient Alter energy for even stronger attacks, removing the firing limit of his previous form. His final evolution, Proud Fist, covers his entire body in a suit of golden armor and replaces the propeller with a flexible tail-like whip. In this state, his power grows astronomically, allowing him to tear open dimensional rifts with his punches and unleash explosive force visible from outer space.
