Vagner Abiate Fagundes is a Brazilian voice actor and dubbing director, born in São Paulo on October 16, 1981. He began his career in the 1990s after a friend of his mother, who worked at a studio, suggested he take a dubbing course due to a need for child voice actors. Since then, he has become a prominent figure in Brazilian dubbing, particularly known for his extensive work in anime.

Throughout his career, Fagundes has voiced a wide array of iconic anime characters. He is well-known for his portrayal of Son Gohan as a teenager and adult in the various Dragon Ball series and films. He is also the voice of Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece and Shikamaru Nara in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. His other significant anime roles include Reigen Arataka in Mob Psycho 100, Shun Kazami in the Bakugan franchise, and Touya Kinomoto in Card Captor Sakura. In addition to these, he has lent his voice to characters such as Trafalgar Law in One Piece films, J.P. Shibayama in Digimon Frontier, Toji Suzuhara in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Tristan Taylor in Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Watanuki in xxxHolic. His work extends beyond anime to include dubbing for live-action series and films, where he is the official voice actor for actor Elijah Wood in São Paulo.

Fagundes's talent has been recognized with notable accolades. In 2007, he won the Oscar da Dublagem (Dubbing Oscar) for Best Voice Actor of the Year for his performance as Luffy in One Piece. More recently, in 2024, he received a nomination for the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in the Best Voice Actor Performance (Brazilian Portuguese) category for his role as Arataka Reigen in Mob Psycho 100 III. In addition to his voice acting, Fagundes also works as a dubbing director, contributing to the broader field of localized media production in Brazil.
