Description
Maya Kyodo is a main character in the anime Survival Game Club. She is a sixteen-year-old second-year high school student at Aogiri Academy and serves as the manager of the Survival Game Club. In addition to her club duties, she works part time as a gravure model. She has long blue hair and blue eyes and is notably well endowed.

Her personality is generally kind and considerate of others feelings, though her good nature is often taken advantage of by the more manipulative members of the club. She tends to have a composed demeanor on the surface, but she is also prone to a string of misfortunes and absurd situations that often paint her as the clubs resident straight man and jinx. Despite this, she is quick to seek help from her friends when she needs it and is equally willing to offer help in return.

Her motivations are largely tied to her role as a model and club member. She takes her part time work seriously, as seen when she requests help from the other club members to practice eating natto for a commercial shoot. This leads to harsh training from Momoka, which transforms a simple dislike of natto into a deep seated fear.

Within the story, Maya functions as a core member of the survival game club, often participating in matches and club antics alongside the others. She is respected and well liked by many students, and her beauty contributes to her popularity. However, she frequently becomes the unwitting target of the clubs more chaotic tendencies, such as when she becomes the focus of an opposing airsoft teams obsessive fantasies during a match.

Her key relationships include Momoka, whose jealousy over Mayas figure leads to the aforementioned natto incident, and the rest of the club president Miou, Urara, and Kayo. While she is generally on good terms with everyone, her interactions with Momoka are often marked by teasing and minor grudges.

In terms of development, Mayas most notable change is her shift from disliking natto to outright fearing it after Momokas aggressive training. Otherwise, her role remains relatively consistent throughout the series as the clubs level headed but unlucky manager.

Her notable abilities include her skills as an airsoft player, as she is a capable club manager and participant in survival games. Additionally, her work as a gravure model gives her a degree of poise and presence, though this often backfires in the comedically exaggerated world of the series.
