Description
Millia il Velch Cutrettola Turan is the younger princess of the Kingdom of Turan, the daughter of Lucius Velchious Turan and the younger sister of Liliana il Grazioso Merlo Turan. She is fifteen years old, with long golden hair and blue eyes. Millia initially appears sheltered and fragile, having grown up within the protective environment of the royal court, but she possesses a strong sense of duty, a disciplined upbringing, and a fiery resolve that emerges when her kingdom is threatened. She deeply loves and admires her elder sister Liliana, constantly striving to be a support system for her. When the Ades Federation launches a devastating invasion of Turan, captures Liliana, and forces Millia into exile, her world is shattered. Grieving the loss of her home and separated from the sister she looked up to, she is taken in by the Sky Pirates of Kartoffel, where she meets the pilot Fam Fan Fan. Fam rescues her during the invasion and later promises to be her wings until she can restore Turan, a pledge that gives Millia a new sense of purpose. Motivated by her royal heritage and a deeply ingrained sense of responsibility for her people, Millia joins the crew of the battleship Silvius to lead the Turan government-in-exile. She insists on maintaining her dignity as a member of the Turan royal family and refuses to be treated as a helpless victim, stating her lineage with pride. Over the course of the story, she undergoes a significant transformation from a grieving and inexperienced princess into a capable political leader and commander, learning to make difficult decisions for the future of her people. She develops a close and sisterly friendship with Fam Fan Fan, who helps her navigate her grief and introduces her to the joys of ordinary life, while also working alongside the experienced officers Tatiana Wisla and Alister Agrew. Her relationship with her sister Liliana remains a central emotional anchor, as Liliana is forced into cooperation with the Federation and Millia must grapple with both her longing for reunion and the political complexities of the conflict. Millia does not have notable combat abilities, but her strengths lie in her growing leadership, her steadfast loyalty, and her determination to restore her kingdom, qualities that allow her to evolve from a sheltered royal into a commander who takes full responsibility for the fate of the Turan people.
