Makoto Waltz Seiga is a major antagonist in the anime Guilty Crown. He holds the rank of major within the GHQ Anti-Bodies, an elite unit tasked with containing the Apocalypse Virus. His appearance is distinctive: he wears clown-like makeup and has a prosthetic left eye, giving him an eccentric and unsettling demeanor. He has medium-length purple hair and red eyes.
