Description
Meis is a high-ranking member of the Mad Burnish, serving as one of the two most trusted lieutenants and right-hand men to the group's leader, Lio Fotia. His background is rooted in the resistance movement against the oppression of Burnish, people with the ability to generate and control flames, who are feared and imprisoned by society. Before Lio assumed leadership, Meis and his close comrade Gueira acted as the leaders of Mad Burnish, operating with a more aggressive and less coordinated approach. Their actions primarily involved setting fires and gathering other Burnish to hide in safe havens. This changed when Lio intervened during a Freeze Force attack, saving the group.
