Igor Neuhaus is a character from the Blue Exorcist anime who serves as an instructor at the True Cross Academy, where he teaches magic circles and seal techniques. He is a 39-year-old man, born on November 13, and according to the anime, he is from Poland. Standing 182 cm tall, he is a pale-skinned man with long brown hair and blue eyes, but his most distinctive feature is the eyepatch he always wears over his left eye. He keeps bandages wrapped around his fingers and arms, which conceal summoning tattoos. His weapon of choice is a giant compass, and he is known to keep multiple identical spare eyepatches.

Even after his assistant died, he persevered alone and eventually completed the project, creating a device called the Devil Banisher. He later used this to save the Four Knights from an attack by artificial zombies at the K.R.C. Research Institute, demonstrating his enduring skill and complex motives.
