Nozomi Kako is an A-rank Border agent and the captain of Kako Squad, which holds the sixth position in the A-rank rankings. She is also recognized as the number three Shooter within Border and is one of the candidates selected to inherit Yūichi Jin's Black Trigger, Fūjin. Kako has a distinct appearance with long hair parted in the middle, thin eyes, and a small mole on the left side of her face just below her lips.
