Description
Kyōka Izumi, a 14-year-old with twin-tailed black hair and azure eyes—once dulled by her Port Mafia tenure but brightening after joining the Armed Detective Agency—stands 148 cm tall and weighs 40 kg. She dons a crimson kimono embroidered with floral motifs, yellow wrist pads, and a cell phone necklace, often clutching a rabbit doll. Born on November 4 (blood type B), she favors rabbits, tofu, hydrangeas, and ghost stories but recoils from dogs, thunderstorms, and flies.

The daughter of ex-government assassin parents, her childhood shattered when their enemies attacked. Her mother’s dying act transferred the ability Demon Snow to Kyōka via a cell phone, its imperfect binding causing uncontrollable spectral violence. Orphaned, the Port Mafia molded her into the "Thirty-Five Count Murderess," a lethally efficient protégé of Kōyō Ozaki.

Emotionless obedience defined her until Atsushi Nakajima and the Agency sparked change. Now, she minimizes casualties yet pragmatically employs lethal force to shield allies, grappling with ingrained assassin instincts. Her morality wavers between redemption and vengeance, evident in clashes with Ryūnosuke Akutagawa.

Originally her mother’s ability, Demon Snow—a phantom swordsman—was tamed after Yukichi Fukuzawa severed its phone dependency. Kyōka commands its swift, precise strikes while wielding acrobatic agility, swordsmanship, infiltration tactics, and encyclopedic knowledge of Yokohama’s layout and human anatomy.

Haunted by self-loathing from her violent past, she once deemed herself unworthy of life. Defying this during the Guild arc, she risked everything to halt the Moby Dick airship, cementing her Agency role. Bonds with Atsushi rekindled her adolescence, embracing sweets and city exploration.

When framed as terrorists, Kyōka adopted military-grade tactical gear, battling the Decay of the Angel and Hunting Dogs. Her loyalty drives extremes—threatening allies to safeguard the Agency—blurring protector and assassin instincts.
