Natsuki Kruger is the headmistress of Garderobe Academy and holds the position of number two among the Five Columns, bearing the title Ice Silver Crystal. She comes from the remote territory of Count Kruger and was a student at Garderobe alongside Shizuru Viola, Haruka Armitage, and Mai Tokiha. During her student years, she served as Shizuru’s room attendant and later became the onee-sama of Rosalie, the Otome of Florence. She and Mai were rivals in their academy days, and a close, deeply affectionate bond with Shizuru is strongly implied to be romantic. As an adult, Natsuki projects a calm, reserved, neutral, and calculating demeanor in public, making decisions for Garderobe based on the broader political situation. In private, she sometimes voices doubts to Shizuru, but in official settings she maintains the measured dignity expected of a senior Otome and the outward face of the school. Her combat ability is formidable: her Element is a massive energy cannon, and her signature attack is called Howling Silver Wolf. Over the course of the series, Natsuki appears primarily in a guiding and administrative role, handling affairs of state and the academy, though she becomes more physically active in the OVA sequel My-Otome Zwei.
