TV-Series
Description
Aoi Senoh serves as the personal maid to Mashiro Blan de Windbloom, the queen of the Windbloom Kingdom. She is a young woman with brown hair that reaches her waist and blue eyes. Her typical appearance includes a braid and an apron, reflecting her role in the royal household.

In terms of personality, Aoi is characterized by her patience and enduring support for her mistress, despite frequently having to tolerate Queen Mashiro's childish and demanding behavior. She is a calm and grounding presence, often acting as the voice of reason in the face of Mashiro's whims and the political turmoil surrounding the throne. Aoi is deeply loyal and principled, demonstrating a remarkable capacity for self-sacrifice. This is most evident when, while fleeing the fall of Windbloom, she is confronted by refugees demanding to know the queen's whereabouts. Rather than betray Mashiro, Aoi chooses to throw herself from a cliff, preferring death to dishonor.

Her motivations are largely rooted in her duty and personal devotion to the queen. She works diligently to manage and guide Mashiro, making a significant contribution to the young ruler’s spiritual and emotional growth as she matures into a capable monarch. Aoi is one of the very few people whom Mashiro genuinely trusts, and she remains a steadfast ally throughout the queen's most difficult trials.

Aoi shares a very close relationship with Chie Hallard. They are good friends, and the narrative implies that their bond may be even deeper than simple friendship. Their connection is a significant aspect of Aoi's life, providing her with personal support outside her duties to the crown. During the war with the Principality of Altai, Aoi survives her fall but is captured and imprisoned by the Schwartz forces. Chie, who has infiltrated the Valkyrie units, risks her position to visit Aoi in secret during her captivity. In the final episode, Chie successfully engineers a rescue, freeing Aoi and reuniting with her.

Prior to becoming a maid, Aoi originally applied to take the entrance exam for Garderobe, the elite academy that trains Meisters, but she withdrew during the final examination. This background suggests she possesses some level of combat training or innate potential, even though she does not become a fully-fledged Otome. Her primary abilities lie instead in her unwavering loyalty, her emotional resilience, and her capacity for personal sacrifice.
