Rangiku Matsumoto is a Soul Reaper in the Gotei 13, serving as the lieutenant of the Tenth Division. She currently serves under Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya, and she previously served under Isshin Kurosaki, who was once the captain of the same division before he left Soul Society. Rangiku is an adult woman with long, wavy, strawberry-blonde hair, icy blue eyes, and a beauty mark near her mouth.
