TV-Series
Description
Kasha Maverick is a young girl who plays a supporting role in the story. She is the nine-year-old adoptive daughter of Miranda Maverick, having lost her own parents during the catastrophic event known as the Blast Fall. She resides with Miranda and assists around the family business, the Maverick Hunters Office, often running errands for the agency. With her green eyes and blue hair that reaches waist-length, her appearance is that of a typical young girl, though her personality often defies her age.

In terms of personality, Kasha is characterized as being mature and practical for her age, with a tendency to be a bit of a nag. She is outspoken and not easily intimidated, frequently responding in a loud voice even to authority figures like police officers and continuing to pester the gruff bounty hunter Roy Revant. This demeanor contrasts sharply with her adoptive mother Miranda, who is known for being docile and kind. Beneath her skeptical and somewhat abrasive exterior, Kasha possesses a great deal of inner affection, though she does not easily trust outsiders. She deeply admires Miranda for taking her in and raising her as her own daughter.

Kasha's role in the story is primarily that of a supporting character who helps establish the Maverick household as a surrogate family unit for the protagonists. She is often seen accompanying Miranda and interacting with the main characters, Roy and the mysterious girl Solty. Despite her initial wariness towards strangers, she and Solty eventually develop a close friendship. She also becomes close with the thief Rose Anderson, another key figure in the narrative, and forms an unexpected bond with a girl named Sylvia Ban, with whom she shares a hobby of secretly spying on Rose. Kasha's perspective is important as she often represents a normal childhood within the chaotic world of bounty hunters and advanced technology.

Throughout the series, Kasha experiences notable development, particularly in her relationships. While she begins as a cautious child who does not easily trust others, she gradually opens up and forms meaningful connections with Solty and Rose. An additional layer to her story is explored in an original video animation, where Kasha is faced with a difficult emotional decision; the brother of her biological father appears and wishes to adopt her. This event forces her to confront her feelings about her past and her present, ultimately reaffirming her bond with Miranda, who she considers her true family. The narrative concludes with an epilogue showing Kasha as an adult, working as the personal secretary to Rose Anderson.

While Kasha does not possess any superhuman or combat-oriented abilities, her notable skills lie in her keen observational nature and her spirited persistence. She is resourceful and reliable in helping with the daily operations of the bounty hunter office, proving that her contributions are valuable beyond any physical strength.
