Shogo Taguchi, forcibly summoned from Japan by the sorcerer Razen, served the Kingdom of Falmuth against his will. Trained in karate from a young age, he arrived as a dangerous and violent fighter, slaughtering all thirty sorcerers involved in his summoning before Razen subdued and cursed him. This curse bound him as Falmuth's living weapon, fueling deep resentment over his enslavement. He possessed an overwhelming sense of self-importance and obnoxiousness, considering himself among the most powerful individuals, even comparing himself to figures like Hinata Sakaguchi. His sadistic nature manifested in desires to enslave and torment Shion and Shuna until they begged. While showing limited concern for companions Kirara Mizutani and Kyoya Tachibana, this loyalty evaporated under threat. Fleeing from Geld, he betrayed and murdered Kirara to absorb her unique skill for more power. Assigned to destabilize the Jura Tempest Federation, Shogo infiltrated Rimuru City with Kyoya and Kirara, posing as human tourists and provoking monsters to create a war pretext. Exposed by Shuna, he eagerly fought Shion, exploiting her weakness from anti-magic barriers. After the Falmuth vanguard arrived, he retreated to a camp guarding barrier devices. Countered by Geld, Hakurou, and others, Shogo faced Geld after Hakurou defeated Kyoya. Swiftly overpowered, Shogo murdered Kirara to absorb her skill, but remained no match for Geld. He was nearly killed before Razen intervened. His abilities included martial arts expertise enhanced by summoned world skills. The "Berserker" skill augmented his physical prowess and provided minor damage regeneration. The "Survivor" skill granted significant regeneration, immunity to natural elements, and heightened resilience. These proved insufficient against Geld. Razen rescued Shogo from the battlefield but deemed him useless. To extend his own lifespan, Razen destroyed Shogo's mind and soul, then possessed his body, marking Shogo's definitive end.
