Hayato Kazmatsuri is the son of Chairman Yuki, born from an affair with one of the Chairman's many mistresses. He is depicted as a very angry and stubborn individual with a warmongering nature. Kazmatsuri is the owner of his own weapons contracting company. His most significant creation is an army of anti-Gilgamesh creatures known as the Blattaria, which he developed to combat the primary supernatural threats in the series.
