Paul Oddo

Description
Paul Oddo is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime television series. He is primarily recognized for his contributions to anime produced in the early to mid-2000s that were localized for North American audiences. One of his noted roles is voicing the character Ioneos in the English adaptation of the anime series This Ugly Yet Beautiful World. Ioneos is a large, shape-shifting robotic being loyal to the character Hikari, who is released from a seal within a school pillar. This role is part of the English-language cast produced for the series' release by licensing companies such as ADV Films.

Beyond this role, Oddo's voice acting career includes a range of supporting and secondary characters in various other anime series. His credits from this period include voicing Vorontsov in Le Chevalier D'Eon, Tiramisu in Papuwa, and Kazmatsuri in Gilgamesh. He also had roles in Cromartie High School, as well as multiple minor characters in series such as Ghost Stories, where he voiced a Construction Worker, a Drunk, and Ouma, and in Madlax, where he voiced an Assassin and a Frightened Diner. Additional credits include voicing Akudoh and Chohno in Mezzo, and Chuusuu in Samurai Gun. His filmography primarily consists of these voice roles from the mid-2000s, with no widely documented recurring creative partnerships with specific directors or voice direction studios beyond the standard practices of anime dubbing at that time.
