Description
Rally Cheyenne is the founder and commanding officer of the Attacked Mystification Police, or AMP, the special unit created in 2023 to counter the Lucifer Hawk, hostile beings from the extra-dimensional world of Nemesis. She serves as the group's director and chief strategist, recruiting its members and coordinating operations from a position of authority rather than fighting on the front lines. Rally does not wear the standard AMP uniform; she dresses in formal business suits and carries herself as a polished, capable career officer able to work comfortably with police officials and political figures. During the early 2030s she demonstrates considerable financial influence by engineering the buyout of the privatized Tokyo police department. Her personal background remains deliberately obscure, with large gaps in her official records, and details such as where she lives or whether she has romantic attachments are never clearly addressed.
In personality, Rally is businesslike, composed, and at times can seem cold and distant. Beneath that reserve she is genuinely kind and deeply concerned with the welfare of the officers under her command.
