Hevn, whose name is a codename, is a 21-year-old woman who serves as a negotiator, or chuukaiya, in the dangerous underworld of the Getbackers series. She acts as an intermediary who finds high-paying clients and connects them with retrievers like Ban Mido and Ginji Amano, typically taking a thirty percent commission from the reward money. Her client list ranges from powerful political figures to yakuza bosses, meaning the jobs she brokers often carry significant risk. She is a regular at the Honky Tonk cafe, where she maintains a good working relationship with the owner, Paul Wan.
