Candice Moore is a Scottish voice actor based in Hong Kong, recognized for her extensive work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime, particularly for Animax Asia. Born in Edinburgh, she developed a passion for drama while attending school in Hong Kong in the late 1980s. She later returned to the UK to train, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Studies from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and a Master of Arts in Theatre Directing from the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London. Beyond voice acting, she is an experienced stage actress, director, and the founder of Sweet and Sour Productions Ltd.

Moore's career in anime voice-over is defined by her work on numerous series for Animax's Asian English dubs, where she frequently provides voices for multiple characters within a single show. Her filmography showcases a wide vocal range, encompassing young boys, teenage girls, and mature women. A prominent example is her work on the long-running series Inuyasha, where she voiced numerous characters including Kaede, Kagura, Rin, Sango, and Shippo. Similarly, in the anime adaptation of Cardcaptor Sakura, she is credited with over a dozen distinct roles, such as Kaho Mizuki, Ruby Moon, and the young boy Syaoran Li. She also voiced multiple parts in Maria Watches Over Us, including Sachiko Ogasawara, Rei Hasekura, and Yoshino Shimazu across its various seasons and OVAs, as well as characters like Eleanor Campbell and Colin Jones in both seasons of Emma: A Victorian Romance.

Her other significant anime credits include the role of Tsubasa Ozora in the Animax dub of Captain Tsubasa, Illyasviel von Einzbern and Taiga Fujimura in Fate/stay night, and Hajime Aoyama in Ghost Stories. She also voiced Misae Nohara in the LUK Internacional English dub of Shin chan, and had prominent roles in series such as Black Butler (Elizabeth Midford, Mey-Rin), Ranma ½ (Nabiki Tendo, Shampoo), and Hayate the Combat Butler (Maria).
