Rebeca Beatriz Aponte Prieto is a Venezuelan voice actor born on July 24, 1968, in Caracas, Venezuela. In addition to her work in dubbing, she has also been active as a theater professor and a singer, performing jingles for radio and television as well as songs for animated productions. Her career in voice acting has included a period of semi-retirement around 2012, followed by a return to the profession in 2015.

Aponte has lent her voice to a wide array of characters in anime series for the Latin American Spanish audience. She is recognized for her work in the Galaxy Angel franchise, where she voiced the character Milfeulle Sakuraba in series such as Galaxy Angel A and Galaxy Angel Z. In the Transformers universe, she took on the role of Alexis in Transformers: Armada and later voiced the Velocitron leader Override in Transformers: Cybertron. Her other notable anime roles include Manami in Baby Baachan, Yuuko Ichihara in xxxHOLiC, Excel in Excel Saga, Lavie Head in Last Exile, Sheska in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Chloe in Noir, among many others.

Beyond anime, her voice is prominent in numerous Western animated series and films. She is known for providing the voice of Flora in the first four seasons of Winx Club, Sam Manson in Danny Phantom, and Kimiko in Xiaolin Showdown. Her work also includes voicing Margaret SquarePants in SpongeBob SquarePants, Princess Mindy in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, Katie in the Total Drama franchise, and various characters in DC Comics animated productions such as Wonder Woman, Lois Lane, and Zatanna. In addition to her acting roles, Aponte has performed theme songs and musical numbers for series like Winx Club and The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack.
