Description
Alcione is a significant antagonist in the second season of the Magic Knight Rayearth anime. Her character is defined by an all-consuming, unrequited love for the high priest Zagato, which ultimately drives her actions and leads to her tragic end. Before her fall, Alcione was a dedicated student of Master Mage Clef, who taught her the art of magic. She was originally brought up to attend to the Pillar of Cephiro, indicating a position of trust and responsibility.
