Dada Carlos is a Filipino voice actress known for her extensive work in the Philippine dubbing industry, providing voices for numerous characters in anime series and films for over two decades. Her career began with her first role in the Philippine English dub of the live-action series Chodenshi Bioman, where she voiced the character Jun Yabuki (June) and later became the second voice of Peebo. She subsequently worked on other tokusatsu series, providing voices for Fairy Shiron in Kousoku Sentai Turboranger and Reiko Higuchi (Rachel) in Super Rescue Solbrain.

Carlos became a prominent figure at the GMA Network, where she contributed to the second redub and the Tagalog dub of the classic anime series Voltes V. Her roles in the Voltes V franchise, which includes both the television series and the film Voltes V: The Liberation, are numerous and include Megumi Oka (Jamie Robinson), Little John Armstrong, Octo-1, and Zandra. She also originated the Tagalog voice of Botan (Charlene) in the anime YuYu Hakusho and voiced Fuko Kirisawa (Aira) in Flame of Recca.

Her filmography is extensive and covers a wide range of characters across many popular series. Her voice credits in Tagalog dubs include the roles of Killua Zoldyck, Illumi Zoldyck, Feitan, and Pakunoda in various Hunter X Hunter adaptations; Hazuki Fujiwara in Ojamajo Doremi; Mai Kirisaki in Chosoku Spinner; Colleen Adams (Super Pig) in Ai to Yūki no Pig Girl Tonde Būrin; and Mother Eliza in the Animax dub of Toward the Terra. She also voiced Sarah in Shamanic Princess, Sylia Stingray in Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040, Kazumi in Cat's Eye, Skuld in the Oh My Goddess! OVA, Anna Kyouyama and Ren Tao in Shaman King, and Wendy Earhart in R.O.D -The TV-. Additional roles include Alcyone, Presea, and Princess Emeraude in the GMA dub of Magic Knight Rayearth, as well as Yaone in the Saiyuki series and Sharon in Spy×Family.

Beyond acting, Carlos has also worked as a dubbing director, with credits including the Tagalog versions of the Galaxy Angel television series. Her body of work demonstrates a versatility that spans young boys, heroines, and mature women across multiple genres, establishing her as a significant and enduring talent in the Philippine anime dubbing community.
