Kimihiro Tsutsui is a supporting character from the Japanese anime and manga series Hikaru no Go. Regarding his abilities in Go, Tsutsui is considered an average player. He demonstrates notable skill in the endgame, known as yose, but his overall strength is not exceptional compared to the prodigies and professionals in the series. His defining trait is his methodical, bookish approach, which he gradually learns to balance with his own instincts.
