Description
Caesar Clown is a scientist from the Grand Line and a former colleague of the renowned Dr. Vegapunk. He served as the primary antagonist of the Punk Hazard arc, and is the leading expert on chemical weapons of mass destruction within the world of One Piece. Standing at 309 centimeters tall, he is often seen floating due to his Devil Fruit powers. He has long, spiky black hair, brown eyes, and two distinctive curved horns growing from his head. His appearance is completed by purple lipstick, dark eye makeup, and a long, light blue coat emblazoned with the word GAS, which he wears over a set of diagonally striped orange and yellow overalls.
