Chelsea Grimwood is the eleven-year-old daughter of George Grimwood, the president of the powerful Grimwood Conglomerate in the 1989 anime Riding Bean. She has brown hair and blue eyes.

Her role in the story is that of a kidnapping victim, but the circumstances are more complicated than a simple abduction. Chelsea is initially rescued by a bodyguard who brings her, unconscious, to the courier Bean Bandit and his partner Rally Vincent for help.
