Description
Maria Afenjuns is a nun of the Light-attribute Origin Church in the world of Roll Over and Die. She lost her family at an early age when her village was destroyed by demons, and she was subsequently raised in the church’s orphanage. This traumatic past instilled in her a deep and heartfelt hatred for demons. As an adult, she serves as the main healer of the heroes party, fulfilling roles as a nun, a saint, and a white mage. She has a tendency to hide her true feelings behind a cheerful smile. At some point, she met a character named Sara and took her on as a protégé. During the events of the story, Maria becomes involved with the protagonists Flum Apricot and Milkit during their time in the capital, acting as a friendly and energetic bridge that helps the duo interact with the broader society of the city. Her presence provides a lighter contrast to the dark fantasy elements that Flum often encounters. After Flum’s departure from the heroes party, Maria loses motivation in the group’s mission and eventually leaves the party herself. Her abilities center on healing and divine magic, and she is described as a healer, a saint, and a white mage, though she does not typically engage in direct combat.
