Description
Fukushi Ishige is a character from the anime Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider. He is a male character of adult age, with black eyes and blonde hair that reaches approximately to his ears. He is often depicted wearing a jacket and has a chubby physique.
Fukushi Ishige serves as one of the subordinates of Hachiro Nakao, a fan of the fictional terrorist organization Shocker.
