William Ofoegbu is a Texas-based voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime and video games. Born in Toronto and raised in San Antonio, he developed an interest in acting and earned an Associate of Arts in Theatre from San Antonio College. He later received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University. Before focusing on voice acting, Ofoegbu pursued on-camera roles, appearing in projects such as a Pepsi commercial that aired during the Super Bowl and NFL playoffs, as well as the television series From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series. His transition to voice acting was encouraged by a sound engineer who offered him his first paid voice-over job. He has cited the welcoming nature of the voice-over community and a long-standing interest in anime as key factors in his decision to focus on this career path.

Ofoegbu has built a diverse portfolio of voice roles across various anime series. He is known for playing Corpse God in Dead Mount Death Play, Twisted Keiun in Hell's Paradise, and Sammy Jones in Sugar Apple Fairy Tale. He also voices Ethan in My Hero Academia, Leon in Ningen Fushin, and Tsunagu, the male lead in the anime With You, Our Love Will Make It Through. In addition to these, his anime credits include roles in Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest, One Piece, and Dragon Ball DAIMA. His work in the franchise The Prince of Tennis includes the role of Maxwell in the series The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup and the character Boo in the film Ryoma! The Prince of Tennis.

Beyond anime, Ofoegbu's voice can be heard in video games and other media. He provided voices for the characters Heat Wave and Plastic Man in DC Universe Online and played his first video game lead role as Pajeu in Hell Clock.
