Fukushi Ochiai is a Japanese voice actor born on August 20, 1987, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. He is the son of former professional baseball player Hiromitsu Ochiai, which led to frequent television appearances during his early years. He graduated from Kokushikan University and the AMUSEMENT MEDIA Comprehensive Academy in Tokyo.
Ochiai began his professional voice acting career in earnest in 2015. He quickly gained recognition for his work, and in 2019, he was one of four male recipients of the Best New Actor Award at the 13th Seiyu Awards. His voice is featured in a wide range of anime television series, animated films, and video games.
His filmography includes a diverse array of characters. In his early career, he landed the significant role of Moguzo in the 2016 series Grimgar of Ashes and Illusions. He has since appeared in numerous productions. Some of his notable anime roles include Shinya Ozeki in Hinomaru Sumo, Bonjiri in Megalobox 2: Nomad, Hidenori Sakuma in Gibiate, Kimura in the Teasing Master Takagi-san series and its film adaptation, and Wang Jun in the Japanese-Chinese co-produced RoboMasters The Animated Series. He also voiced Manami Daimon in Tribe Nine, Bō in Shine on! Bakumatsu Bad Boys, Sanou in BEASTARS, Ushio Arakawa in Those Snow White Notes, and Raymond Cain in the film Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway. His other television credits include Nishimura in ID: INVADED, Masamichi Nakamura in Her Blue Sky, Natsunosuke Bonda in Gurazeni Season 2, Charalit in Hugtto! Precure, and Tatsu-nii in Snack Basue. In 2024, he was cast as Dankmar Schneider in The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup Semifinal.
