Description
Kyo Sawashiro is a 22-year-old Cleaner and the leader of the Glowing Dawn team. He stands 185 centimeters tall, has blood type O and was born on November 11. His physical appearance includes fair skin, amber eyes, neck-length greenish-black hair, and a noticeable scar on his neck.
As a Cleaner, Kyo is regarded as a prodigy with top-tier abilities in his field, and he guides his team with a protective, family-like mindset. He openly refers to his friends as family and places deep value on their well-being, which is also reflected in his everyday interests: he enjoys cooking and sewing but strongly dislikes waking up early.
Kyo’s partner Digimon is Murasamemon, a creature of overwhelming combat strength that, outside of battle, is most often found asleep in its pre-evolved form, Cougarmon.
Unlike most Cleaners, who are expected to capture and hand over Digimon to the Ministry for deletion, Kyo secretly works to foster harmony between humans and Digimon. He is the creator and keeper of Nirinso, a hidden shelter where he houses Digimon he has apprehended rather than turning them over. To keep these Digimon alive, he provides them with his own e-Pulse energy, a choice that frequently leaves him anemic and fatigued. This self-sacrificing approach underscores his core motivation: building a world where humans and Digimon can coexist rather than being trapped in a cycle of elimination.
Kyo shares a long-standing friendship with Asuka Tenma and previously was a member of the group known as the Five Planets, a background that informs his experience and his later decision to operate outside official protocols.
