Yōhei Azakami is a Japanese voice actor born on August 7, 1991, in Gunma Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production.
Azakami began his career after graduating from Aoni Juku, the voice acting school affiliated with his agency. He joined Aoni Production in 2011, initially performing under the stage name Yōhei Hosono before changing it to Yōhei Azakami in 2012. His first lead role came in 2016 when he starred as Kennosuke Tokisada Ōma in the original net animation series Kuromukuro.
Azakami gained significant recognition for his role as Guel Jeturk in the 2022 television anime Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. His other prominent lead roles from the same year include Ayumu Tanaka in the romantic comedy When Will Ayumu Make His Move? and Homare Hakata in Phantom of the Idol.
His filmography is extensive and includes a wide variety of characters across numerous anime series.
