"Phantom of the Idol" centers on the lives of two male idols, Yūya Niyodo and Asahi Mogami, who are part of the struggling idol duo ZINGS. Yūya, a lazy and unmotivated performer, lacks passion for his craft and often coasts through his idol duties with minimal effort. In contrast, Asahi is dedicated and hardworking, striving to elevate their group despite their lack of popularity.
