Description
Yō Taichi is a Japanese voice actress born on August 6, 1994, in Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency VIMS. Her interest in anime began in elementary school, and she realized voice acting was a distinct profession during her middle school years after discovering that voice actors performed character songs. Taichi trained at the Japan Narration Acting Institute before entering the industry.
Taichi's first major role and breakthrough came in 2016 when she was cast as Kenya Kobayashi in the acclaimed television anime series Erased. This performance helped establish her in the industry. In 2017, she gained further prominence with her role as Dorothy in the series Princess Principal, a pivotal supporting lead that showcased her versatility in portraying a composed spy with emotional depth.
