Tatsuyuki Kobayashi is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with the agency Avex Pictures. He was born in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, on April 13, 1989. His career began after he won the seventh All Japan Anisong Grand Prix in 2013, a competition for anime song artists. This victory led to his debut as a musician under the DIVE II entertainment label in 2014, performing theme songs for anime series such as Battle Spirits: Burning Soul.

As a voice actor, Kobayashi has built a career with a variety of supporting and recurring roles across numerous television anime series. He is known for his work in several major franchises. He voiced Asahi Mitaka in the 2017 television anime Idol Time PriPara, a role he later reprised for the 2021 web anime Idol Land PriPara. He is also closely associated with the King of Prism series, where he has voiced two characters: Ace Ikebukuro and Jōji Takadanobaba. His credits in this franchise include the 2017 film King of Prism: Pride the Hero, the 2019 television series King of Prism: Shiny Seven Stars, and the 2024 film King of Prism: Dramatic Prism.1. He also provided the voice for Ichiro Suzuki in the 2021 television anime "Deji" Meets Girl and for Akira Uchihama in the 2022 series Phantom of the Idol.
