Christina Kelly is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in English dubs of anime series, primarily with studios like Sentai Filmworks and Crunchyroll. Born Christina Marie Kelly on November 13, 1991, in Newport Beach, California, she developed an early interest in anime, citing shows like Outlaw Star on Toonami as an initial inspiration. She later considered San Antonio, Texas, her hometown.
Kelly pursued formal training in the performing arts at the University of Houston's School of Theatre and Dance, where she appeared in stage productions such as The Miser and Zombie Prom: The Musical. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting in 2015.
Her voice acting career began in 2015 with Sentai Filmworks while she was still a university student. Just four months into her new career, she landed her first major lead role as Mine in the dark fantasy action series Akame ga Kill!, a dub that later aired on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block. Another early and significant role was Satone Shichimiya in Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions -Heart Throb-, which is considered her first lead part.
