Description
Patausche Kivia is a character in the anime Sentenced to Be a Hero who begins her story as the captain of the Thirteenth Order of the Holy Knights, a respected position within the armed forces of the story's human kingdom. She is a soldier of considerable standing and was originally meant to form a pact with the Sword Goddess Teoritta, an honor reserved for warriors of exceptional ability and faith. Her life takes a drastic turn when she is accused of murdering her own subordinate and her uncle, High Priest Marlen Kivia, as well as plotting an insurrection. After killing her uncle, she is convicted and sentenced to join the Penal Hero Unit 9004, a military unit made up of criminals forced to serve as heroes in the war against the Demon Lords. Within the unit, she takes on the role of cavalry.
