Delphine Moriau is a Belgian voice actor born on December 6, 1973, recognized for her extensive work in the French dubbing of numerous animated series and films, particularly in the realm of Japanese anime. Based in Belgium, she has lent her voice to a wide array of characters across several decades, becoming a familiar presence to French-speaking audiences of animated programming.

Her career encompasses a range of prominent and long-running franchises. Moriau is perhaps best known as one of the French voices of Nami, the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates, in the iconic series One Piece.
