Description
Pierre Gemeaux is a supporting character in From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad's Been Reincarnated!, appearing in both the original manga and its anime adaptation. Within the world of the series, he belongs to the fictional otome game Magical Academy: Love and Beast, where he is one of the capture targets, meaning he is a romanceable figure presented to the game's heroine.

Pierre is a second-year student at the Royal Magic Academy and serves as secretary of the student council. In addition to his academic and administrative duties, he is the personal attendant to Prince Virgile, having been in the prince's service since childhood. His daily role involves supporting his master's life at the academy, and he carries out these responsibilities with genuine pride.

He is a handsome young man with black hair and brown eyes, and his defining trait is his earnestness. His seriousness, however, often goes beyond what is practical, leaving him rigid and inflexible in his thinking and behavior. He tends to be stiff and formal in his manner, and this quality is frequently highlighted in the story. Because of his overly proper disposition, Prince Virgile sometimes slips away from him to escape the formality, and Kensaburo, the bureaucrat whose consciousness inhabits the body of the duke's daughter Grace, often finds Pierre overly solemn and unbending.

Pierre's motivations are rooted in duty and loyalty. He takes great pride in his work, whether that involves managing student council affairs or attending to the prince, and his strict adherence to rules and etiquette reflects a sincere desire to serve well. His rigidity stems not from arrogance but from a deep commitment to his responsibilities.

His most significant relationship is with Prince Virgile, whom he has served faithfully from a young age and whose daily routine he manages with care. He also has a notable connection to Grace. In the past, Grace held Pierre responsible whenever the prince managed to give him the slip, scolding him for what she saw as a failure on his part. After Kensaburo's consciousness enters Grace, this dynamic shifts, as the new Grace responds to Pierre's stiffness with patience and understanding rather than harsh blame. As a capture target in the game, Pierre is also positioned as a potential love interest for the game's heroine, Anna Doll.

Pierre's development is closely tied to this change in how he is treated by Grace. Where he was once pressured and blamed within the strict framework of his servitude, he gradually experiences a warmer and more forgiving form of supervision under Kensaburo's influence, which softens the harshness of his earlier circumstances and allows his earnest nature to come across in a more positive light.

In terms of abilities, Pierre's strengths are primarily organizational and practical. His effectiveness as student council secretary and his reliability as the prince's attendant demonstrate keen attention to detail, a strong sense of order, and the competence to manage the daily affairs of academy life. His notable qualities are diligence, discipline, and the quiet thoroughness of his service rather than any prominent combat ability or flashy magical power.
