Takuma Nagatsuka is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with the agency I'm Enterprise. He was born on October 4, 1991, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Before pursuing voice acting professionally, he decided on a performance career after being inspired by a cultural festival during junior high school and spent his high school years in a drama club. Following a brief period working as a municipal employee in Yokohama, he enrolled in the Japan Narration Acting Institute to train as a voice actor.

Nagatsuka began his voice acting career in 2014, taking on minor roles in series such as The Irregular at Magic High School and Your Lie in April. The year 2015 proved to be a significant turning point, as he was cast in several major roles that would define his early career. These included Jun Fuyumi in the game and subsequent anime adaptation of The Idolmaster SideM, Leo Saionji in the King of Prism franchise, and Lacus Welt in Seraph of the End. His role as Jun Fuyumi, part of the unit High×Joker in The Idolmaster SideM, became a long-standing and central part of his career, leading to numerous performances of character songs and participation in live events.

Following his debut, Nagatsuka built a diverse portfolio of roles across various anime series. He has recurring roles in long-running franchises, such as Koji Koda in My Hero Academia, a character he has voiced across multiple seasons since 2017. He also voiced the character Konnosuke in Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu in 2017. In 2021, he took on several prominent lead roles, including Miya Chinen in the skateboarding anime SK8 the Infinity, Kuro in Dr. Ramune: Mysterious Disease Specialist, and Veuve Elizabeth in Visual Prison. The role of Miya in SK8 the Infinity is considered one of his most recognizable performances. His work in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise includes Yoshio Atachi in Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens and Bochi in Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!.

Nagatsuka's career continued to expand with a wide variety of roles in the early 2020s. He appeared in series such as Deaimon: Recipe for Happiness as Saki Seto, and number24 as Ryūsei Hiyoshi. He has also been cast in numerous productions slated for 2025 and beyond, including Eddie Pheles in The Gorilla God's Go-To Girl, Light in Bogus Skill "Fruitmaster", and Mike in Gōmon Baito-kun no Nichijō. His filmography consistently demonstrates a range of character types, from the energetic Miya to the more subdued Koji Koda. The King of Prism series remains a consistent part of his work, with him reprising the role of Leo Saionji for multiple films and projects through 2025.

In addition to his voice acting, Nagatsuka launched a music career in 2021, signing with the record label Nippon Columbia. His first mini-album, dance with me, was released in October of that year. He is known for his personal interests, which include a deep appreciation for tea, a hobby he has incorporated into his radio show by creating his own original tea blend. He also plays the ocarina and can perform handstands.
